This is me and my family.
I’ve loved Gower ever since I was a boy, but it was only when I left the Royal Navy that I decided to focus on living and working there. I worked as a childcare officer and for Swansea coastguard, then did my apprenticeship as a brick layer and started working in landscaping and gardening. I named my business after Fall Bay, the place that started my love affair with the Gower Peninsular and I consider myself privileged to work in such a beautiful place. I deal with property maintenance and management, both holiday lets and private homes.
I provide a personal service, but I have a team of skilled professionals and state of the art equipment which I can call on for larger projects. I also maintain a small private caravan park and manage Gower’s only ‘accessible’ holiday let: I meet every guest and organise bookings, cleaners and grounds maintenance. I pride myself in having a close relationship with my customers – it’s more than just a job to me, it’s a way of life and my clients are my friends. There’s one statistic that says it all – over 90% of my business comes from personal recommendation.

BRAMWOOD
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT – BRAMWOOD HOLIDAY HOME
I manage Gower’s only ‘accessible’ holiday let: I meet every guest and organise bookings, cleaners and grounds maintenance.
Bramwood Holiday Bungalow is designed to accommodate wheelchair users, disabled or accompanied disabled people. Unique to the Gower and renovated to allow easy access around the property and includes rooms comprehensively adapted to enable a guest of limited mobility to stay in comfort. Located on the Gower Peninsula close to Swansea, South Wales.
HILL LODGE
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT – Hill Lodge, Overton, Gower
I am responsible for the management of one of Gower’s most stunning holiday homes. Our responisbilites including the property and grounds maintenance.
A truly spectacular setting, with sea and headland views from this magnificent, award winning grand designed property. Hill Lodge is located towards the end of a country lane in the pretty south Gower hamlet of Overton, perfectly situated to take full advantage of beautiful beaches and breathtaking coastal walks.
